Israel Alcantara reacts after being hit by a pitch

On July 3, 2001 Pawtucket Red Sox outfielder Israel ('Izzy') Alcantara was hit by a pitch thrown by Scranton Wilkes- Barre Red Barons pitcher Blas Cedeno. Alcantara apparently took offense, karate kicking catcher Jeremy Salazar and charging the mound before squaring up to fight all comers. Click the photo on the left or here to see the incident.
